Introducing symbolic pins and a new anniversary experience

Our new pin collection

In celebration of our company’s rich legacy and your meaningful role here, we’re introducing a collection of symbolic service pins.

Each pin represents a distinct piece of our history and honors a milestone anniversary, beginning at five years.

If you have an upcoming milestone anniversary, your manager will present you with a pin as a thank-you for the passion you bring, the contributions you make, and the role you play in our shared success.

Want to complete your collection? Starting July 1, you can purchase pins for your past milestone anniversaries at the Employee Store. Pins are currently available to U.S. employees only, with plans to roll out globally in the coming year.

Each pin is $15 through July only! From August through December 2026, they can be purchased for $27.

Our new anniversary experience in Recognize

Now, we can send recognition and celebrate upcoming anniversaries—all in one place.

The new Anniversaries tab in Recognize makes it easy to celebrate our collective impact over the years.

Using the My Circle feature, you can see upcoming anniversaries for people on your team and those you follow.

Write a personal note in your teammates’ yearbooks, and invite them to sign yours, too!

The new anniversaries experience is available to limited countries starting August 1, with plans to roll out to additional countries in 2027.

Head to Recognize to check it out!
